FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A semi-truck crash on I-469 caused a traffic tie-up early Saturday morning. The crash happened around 5:55 a.m. Drivers were being asked to avoid the area between IN 1 and Thiele Road on I-469 eastbound as crews worked to clean up a crash. That is in between the Bluffton; Ossian and Winchester Road exits.
