KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – One man has been pronounced dead while an investigation is underway after an early morning shooting in a Kansas City apartment complex. The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department says that just after 2:45 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, emergency crews were called to the Southridge Apartments in the 1100 block of County Line Rd. with reports of a shooting.
