FBI Adds Donald Eugene Fields II to Ten Most Wanted Fugitives, Offers $250,000 Reward

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Fields on December 8, 2022, in the Eastern District of Missouri, specifically charging him with sex trafficking of children.

Fields, 58, is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing between 6’0” and 6’4” tall, and weighing about 235 pounds. He has several identifiable scars, including on his chest, groin, left calf, both legs, and both knees. His last known residence was in Missouri, where he has family ties, as well as in Kentucky. Fields’ background includes work as a tree trimmer, resale shop owner, and independent used car dealer. Known to frequent casinos, Fields has also previously traveled to Florida.

An FBI special agent in the St. Louis Division highlighted the severity of Fields’ actions, stating, “Fields has allegedly demonstrated a pattern of abusing minor females in his circle that are entrusted to his care, manipulating them to earn their trust quickly and using their own resources to take advantage of them.”

In a significant move to facilitate his capture, the FBI has increased the reward for information leading to Fields’ arrest to up to $250,000, up from the previous maximum of $100,000. This increase reflects a broader decision by the FBI in May 2023 to enhance rewards for information regarding individuals on the Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
