RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – The Raleigh Police Department is seeking information to help solve two fatal hit-and-runs that happened in November and December 2023. The first hit-and-run happened on Nov. 10, 2023 at 4:13 a.m. Police said Paul Lester was struck by a gray Dodge Charger as he crossed New Bern Avenue. Lester died from his injuries.
