NAMPA – Eighteen neglected horses that were seized by law enforcement officials in December in Twin Falls County have a brighter future. Horse & Halo, a horse rescue in Nampa, will take the horses and after first concentrating on their health, will eventually begin to assess their suitability for adoption, a press release from the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office says.
