ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Just after 2:00 a.m. Rochester Police arrived on Monroe Avenue after receiving a report of a person struck by a car early Saturday morning.
According to police a large fight broke out between several individuals in the middle of Monroe Avenue, as 25-year-old Rochester resident was knocked to the ground and struck by a car.
The victim was transported to Strong Hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries to the upper body.
RPD Central Investigation Section is currently investigating the incident. They ask for anyone with information to call 911.
