JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Florida Highway Patrol troopers report two men were arrested after a hit-and-run on the interstate Friday afternoon. Troopers said around 5:08 p.m., they were called to the scene of a hit-and-run on Interstate 10 near mile marker 130. They stated the vehicle that left the scene was described as a black Chevy Silverado with a Texas license plate and damage on its right side.
