A woman was shot in a Tulsa neighborhood, according to the Tulsa Police Department.
The neighborhood is near East 56th Street North and MLK Jr. Boulevard.
Police are looking for a 50-year-old black male, who police believe is the suspect.
Police say the suspect showed up at a house looking for someone who used to live there.
When the current residents of the home, a man and a woman, told the suspect the person he was looking for no longer lived there, the suspect shot the woman multiple times, police say.
The woman was taken to a local hospital for treatment, according to police.
