There is a detour on I-76 between Carlisle and Harrisburg West Shore. For Carlisle EB to Gettysburg Pike, all traffic primary routes take US 11 North, to Interstate 81 North, to Pa. Route 581 East, to US 15 South, and then re-enter at Gettysburg Pike Interchange (236).
