PROVIDENCE – At 9:27 a.m., Rhode Island State Troopers from the Lincoln Woods Barracks arrested Rhoshone Skinner, 37, of Providence, for fraudulent use of a credit card and larceny. The charges, originating from the Pawtucket Police Department, involved a credit card fraud of over $100 and larceny under $1,500.
