COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Riverbanks Zoo and Garden announced Thursday they will be implementing a new procedure to prevent migratory birds from colliding with glass. The Association of Zoos and Aquariums’s (AZA) North American Songbird: Saving Animals From Extinction program awarded Riverbanks Zoo a grant to install bird-safe external window vinyls called CollidEscape at their facility.
