CHARLESTOWN, Ind. – A man was arrested and charged with stabbing a man in Charlestown, Indiana, Friday afternoon, according to the Charlestown Police Department. Around 5 p.m., Clark County Emergency Communications got a call reporting a man trying to force his way into an apartment in the 700 block of Main Street.
