PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The name of a motorcycle rider killed in a crash on Wednesday was released Saturday by the Portland Police Bureau. Police said 38-year-old Jeremy T. Bankston was riding his 2001 Yamaha south on Northeast 111th Avenue at a speed “well above” the 20 mph speed limit around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
