For Dr. Jason Fridrich, helping students find success is a goal he hopes to accomplish as a professor at UCF. However, under a new law passed in the state legislature that cracks down on public-sector unions, Fridrich and other educators may now find it challenging to work at UCF or any other Florida school for that matter.
