Pedestrian Injured on Florin Road, Sacramento Driver Fled the Scene. A Sacramento driver fled the scene of a pedestrian accident on February 12, leaving an injured person in the roadway. The accident happened around 7:00 p.m. along eastbound Florin Road just west of Stockton Boulevard. The reporting person who contacted the California Highway Patrol (CHP) said she drove up and discovered the pedestrian on the road.
