ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – St. Louis firefighters battled three fires in the same block of St. Louis Avenue in North City in 24 hours. The first fire broke out around 8 p.m. Friday night in a vacant building in the 3900 block of St. Louis Avenue. The St. Louis City Fire Department said in a post on X, formally Twitter, that the building had a high probability of collapse.
