SAVANNAH, Ga. – Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp was among those who spoke at Saturday’s funeral for Savannah native Sgt. Breonna Moffett. “Today is truly a heartbreaking day for this family, for the people of this city, for this state and for this nation,” Kemp said at Jonesville Baptist Church.
