SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Kansas City Police continue to investigate the shooting at the Chiefs Super Bowl Parade.
It left one person dead and 20 others hurt, including nine children with gunshot wounds.
A Sioux Falls woman and her family were at the parade. They were close enough to hear the gunshots ring out and got caught up in the chaos.
Video shows the large crowd as it scatters when gunfire erupts.
“Just as the rally ended you heard 10-15 pops, which I assumed was fireworks,” Ragean Terry said.
