LOUISVILLE, Ky. – On Friday night- in the 3700 block of Craig Avenue, a man wasgunned down. The tragedy came just hours after LMPD announced the arrest of two men. Twenty-three-year-old Tysean Effinger was charged with killing Kevin Ardis in January, and 20-year-old Jeremiah Banks was charged with killing Vincent Crutcher in 2022.
