Family of 6 displaced after heavy fire damages southeast Raleigh home

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A southeast Raleigh house sustained major damage in a fire Sunday afternoon, leaving three adults and three children without their home. The blaze was reported around 12:45 p.m. at a two-story home in the 3700 block of Marshlane Way, which is in a neighborhood off Rock Quarry Road near the split with Battle Bridge Road, officials said.
