CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A pedestrian is killed in a crash in Clarksville. The crash between the vehicle and pedestrian occurred on Fort Campbell Boulevard and Charlemagne Blvd. at around 7: 15 p.m. Friday. The victim, who died at the scene, is identified by Clarksville police as 58-year-old Larry Bland.
