( WJET/WFXP )– Despite a bold prediction of early spring from Punxatawney Phil, winter weather made its return to the area this week with snow and cold temperatures sweeping through the area.
With the help of our Weather Cams , we put together a timelapse of the winter weather returning all across NWPA from 10 a.m. Feb. 16 to 10 p.m. Feb. 17!
