TROY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The Troy Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred on Saturday night shortly after 10 p.m. Police say the suspect is a male who robbed a Citgo Gas Station at 245 Second Avenue.

Troy Police Department reports that the suspect had a wooden stick approximately one foot long and he stole an undetermined amount of money. The suspect fled on foot and left the stick at the scene.
No injuries were reported at the scene and there is no indication that the suspect is otherwise armed. Evidence technicians have processed the scene and Troy Police Detectives will be investigating further.
