Dallas Feb 18 Weekly Crime Report: 1370 Incidents and 57 Crime Stories
During the last week, Dallas reported a total of 1370 crime cases. These cases were categorized into various types of crimes, with Theft accounting for the highest number at 424 cases. This was followed by ‘Other’ crimes which totaled 320, and Arrests making up 118 of the cases. Burglary and Assault cases were almost equal, with 113 and 109 cases respectively. Trespassing accounted for 85 cases, while Vandalism was reported 74 times. More serious crimes such as Shootings were reported 50 times, while Suspicious Situations and Robberies were at the lower end with 31 and 28 cases respectively. It is worth noting that despite the high number of Theft cases, more severe crimes like Shootings, Suspicious Situations, and Robberies were significantly fewer, indicating a relatively safer environment in the place.
