FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – Foley PD said they have made an arrest in a shooting that struck a family’s vehicle on Sunday, Feb 4. Police said Demerius Kevon Dailey, 23, of Bay Minette was identified as the suspected shooter and was arrested on Saturday at a residence in Fairhope.
