An Aurora man was found guilty in the 2020 strangling death of Natalie Jimenez, his 20-year-old girlfriend and mother of his 3-year-old child. Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie Mosser announced Friday that Getzuri Arellano, 24, was found guilty of first degree murder after a bench trial in front of David Kliment.
