Big Gun & Drug Busts are being reported as our border with Mexico heats up – literally.
Let’s begin in Progreso, Texas where U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Agents inspecting southbound traffic into Mexico at the International Bridge Wednesday intercepted a large amount of weaponry and ammo likely bound for one of the cartels.

CBP officers confiscated 67 weapons, 69 magazines, and 33 rounds of ammunition. Homeland Security is investigating, but there’s no doubt this part of the so-called “Iron River” – the flow of guns & ammo from Texas known to arm Mexico’s cartels.
