NEW YORK (PIX11) – A 3.4-magnitude earthquake rocked upstate New York early Saturday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey .
It struck around 3:45 a.m. less than 10 miles away from Henderson, which is near Lake Ontario, per the USGS.
Henderson is over 300 miles north of New York City.
A 4.8-magnitude struck the tri-state area back in April . It was the largest earthquake to happen near New York City in 140 years .
