Fraudulent jury duty calls requesting personal information on the rise in Massachusetts

SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) – South Hadley police are warning residents about a jury duty scheme.

They say con artists are calling and emailing residents demanding they pay a fee or face arrest for missing jury duty. They claim to be a judge or other court official and ask you for personal information or payment.
