WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wesley Healthcare announced Tuesday it has temporarily closed its Derby emergency room due to an air conditioning outage.
A news release from Wesley said the ER at 2648 N. Rock Road in Derby had an air conditioning system failure.

Patients in Derby and the surrounding areas are urged to seek care elsewhere or visit the emergency room at 550 N. Hillside in Wichita.
Rock Regional Hospital, located at 3251 Rock Road in Derby, told KSN News that its facility is open and ready to care for those who need assistance.
Wesley said the Derby ER is closed until further notice and will reopen as soon as repairs can be made.
