Palm Beach County is set to welcome one of its first free-standing padel facilities later this year

Get ready, West Palm Beach! A new and exciting sports facility is on its way. Padel Club, one of the first standalone padel courts in Palm Beach County, is set to open later this year at 2025 N. Dixie Highway, just a stone’s throw from downtown.

This 5,500-square-foot padel paradise will feature one indoor court and three outdoor courts. The club will also boast a stylish clubhouse designed by Caitlin Kay Interiors, based right in West Palm Beach. Expect a cozy cafe, a relaxing lounge, and well-equipped locker rooms. And yes, there will be plenty of seating both inside and out for guests to unwind and enjoy.

Anders Sulisalo, co-founder of Padel Club, shared the vision for this new spot: ‘Our goal is to create a space where both seasoned players and newcomers can experience the excitement of padel in a welcoming and dynamic environment.’

For those unfamiliar, padel is a unique blend of squash and tennis, played on a court that’s 20 meters long and 10 meters wide. The sport originated in Mexico in the late 1960s and has since become quite popular in South America and Europe. It’s now making waves in the U.S., with South Florida being a hotspot for new facilities.
