RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Science Museum of Virginia is offering a free show at “The Dome,” its wrap-around theater, to some guests in celebration of 804 Day.
804 Day, a local celebration held in Richmond on Aug. 4, promises plenty of fun for those in the area — but if you’re looking for an alternative to the planned blocked party in Shockoe Bottom , the Science Museum of Virginia is running a special promotion.
The first 804 guests who purchase admission to the Science Museum of Virginia for Aug. 4 will be able to enjoy one of four shows at The Dome for free. The Dome is a 250-seat wrap-around theater that promises an immersive experience to all viewers.
The show schedule for 804 Day is as follows:
- 10 a.m.: Ancient Caves
- 11:30 a.m.: We Are Stars
- 2 p.m.: Animal Kingdom
- 3:30 p.m.: Imagine the Moon
You can use promo code ‘804Day’ when ordering tickets on the museum’s website to get this deal. One complimentary The Dome ticket is available per person and they must be used on Aug. 4.
