SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – Samantha Adams and her husband, Theo, were foster parents to Rykelan Brown for nearly three years. “It’s so hard to condense three years into just a couple of stories,” Samantha Adams shared. “He was always smiling and just so creative. He would tell me that there were monsters outside or dinosaurs and then would pretend to shoo the dinosaurs away, just very imaginative.”
