BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Thursday, the Kentucky Citizen Foster Care Review Board hosted a forum to discuss how to improve the foster care system in the Commonwealth. Topics discussed include making sure those who have lived through foster care are involved with organizations that help foster children, what barriers they encounter and some possible solutions.
