As Florida braces for the potential landfall of Invest 97-L, sandbags are being distributed across various cities in preparation for what’s to come. On Thursday, the Nationa Hurricane Center tagged invested 97-L, which is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms in areas like Hispaniola, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
