CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Businesses along Blairs Ferry Road are preparing for significant disruptions as construction begins on the bridge over Interstate 380. Two lanes of the road are currently closed as part of a $2.3 million project to lay a new deck on the more than 40-year-old bridge.
