At a time when budgets may be tight with back-to-school shopping and higher summer expenses, Entergy Arkansas customers will be getting a break on their August bills. A residential customer will receive a one-time bill credit of approximately $78 – a decrease of about 63% for a residential customer using 1,000 kwh. Commercial and industrial customers will also receive a one-time bill credit in August. Small General Service customers will receive a credit of approximately $221, and Large General Service customers will receive a credit of approximately $12,158.
