The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner has ruled that a man died in January as a result of a 2017 shooting in northwest Oklahoma City. Oklahoma City Police said in August of 2017, Andre Jones was shot by Jeffrey Garcia but initially survived. Garcia was sentenced to prison for the shooting.
