CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) – One man is continuing to keep one of Charleston’s oldest African American burial sites clean, and now he has formed a group of volunteers to help him out. Maurice Lee is the man who took the initiative to maintain the land at Monrovia Cemetery.
