EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Rise Dispensary East Syracuse celebrated its grand opening Friday as Central New York’s newest licensed cannabis dispensary. Rise Dispensaries is a national retailer with 83 locations across 14 states. The chain looks to bring modern technology to the cannabis industry, offering electronic kiosks and online ordering to make cannabis more accessible.
