CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Work on the I-26 traffic plan will continue throughout most of next week. Phase 2 of the I-26 traffic plan associated with the construction of the Palmetto Commerce Interchange project will continue Aug. 4, with a series of intermittent nighttime lane closures along I-26 between Highway 78 and Ashley Phosphate Road.
