HOUSTON, Texas – Harris County Precinct Two deputies arrested a man for possession of a controlled substance at a local gas station on Friday. Deputies were at a Shell gas station at 10304 Gulf Freeway near Scarsdale Blvd. when management informed them of a male harassing customers. The individual, identified as 41-year-old David Garza, was detained by deputies, according to a press release from Harris County Constable Precinct 2.
