City Furniture, Florida’s premier furniture and home décor retailer, is set to make a grand entrance at the University Town Center (UTC) next spring. The new 120,000-square-foot showroom will be located in UTC’s developing East District, which already houses a Tesla showroom. This marks City Furniture’s 25th location in Florida and the second major development in the 60-acre mixed-use East District.
