PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – August heat continues to build across the Pacific Northwest as hazy and humid conditions remain. An increase in humidity around Portland Saturday will help to increase Oregon’s cloud coverage. Slightly cooler conditions are expected as humidity values keep conditions sticky. Dew point temperatures will continue to sit around 60-degrees as temperatures warm into the mid to upper 80s. Warm afternoon conditions will be felt by humidity rather than sunshine.
