WARREN COUNTY, Ky. (WBKO) – The storms that impacted many across Kentucky in May of 2024 have prompted FEMA to announce a new program. The Serious Needs Assistance program aims to provide a one-time payment to those impacted by severe storms, straight-line winds and tornadoes. Eligible candidates can use this funding for necessities such as food, water, baby supplies, prescriptions and much more.
