MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – In anticipation of expected flooding after Tropical Storm Debby becomes a hurricane and makes landfall along the Gulf Coast of Florida, members of Alabama’s Task Force One Urban Search and Rescue Team will mobilize Saturday evening, as crews pre-stage water rescue assets, gear, supplies, tools and other necessary equipment.
