Diddy can’t be prosecuted for the Cassie hotel tape but the FBI continues building its case

Virginians wonder about the Diddy case

The FBI raided the Miami and LA homes of Sean Diddy Combs in March. Five months later, the beginning of August, some Virginians wonder if anything will ever be revealed.

Kasey G. says he thinks it was a witch hunt, and Jonas P. says if the Feds had anything that would stick, it would have hit the news by now. Liam M. sayd Diddy’s money will get hi out of all of the charges.

The facts at this point

In May, CNN revealed that the FBI was slowly building an airtight case to ensure that they would obtain an indictment when they went to court. Combs accusers who have filed at least eight lawsuits will soon have their day before a New York Grand Jury.

Page Six revealed that LA County cannot prosecute Combs for the video in which he abuses Cassie in the hotel due to a statute of limitations. This is why the FBI is adhereing to the approach of the song from the SOS Band. They are taking their time to do it right.
