CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – City of Charleston officials urged residents Saturday to prepare for potentially life-threatening flooding from Tropical Storm Debby. The storm is projected to arrive in the Lowcountry Tuesday and is expected to produce rainfall totals of six to 12 inches, with maximum rainfall totals up to 18 inches, according to the National Hurricane Center.
