Sen. Tim Scott Marries in Small South Carolina Ceremony

Republican Senator Tim Scott tied the knot in a South Carolina ceremony on Saturday. According to the New York Post, Scott and his bride, Mindy Noce, wed at Seacoast Church in Mount Pleasant. According to the outlet, the wedding was small—although guests included GOP colleagues Kevin McCarthy and Lindsey Graham—and Scott took to X to to share photos and celebrate their matrimony. “Tonight, we promised to cherish and nourish each other and our marriage for the rest of our lives. Mindy, you’ve made me the happiest man alive. I love you,” he wrote in the post. This is 58-year-old Scott’s first marriage, and according to an interview with The Post and Courier , he’s waited for this day for 30 years. “Part of the blessing for me was not getting married before now…Right girl, wrong time is a mess. Wrong girl, right time is chaos,” he told the paper. The couple has been together since 2022. Noce, a 47-year-old interior designer, has three children from a previous relationship.
