CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Schedule changes are beginning to come in ahead of potential flooding from Tropical Storm Debby. The system is expected to produce periods of heavy rain and gusty winds over the Lowcountry. But coastal areas could expect more than 20 inches of rain between Monday and Thursday of this week.
